  • 200 g Milk

  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  6. Setaside the preparation content.

Raffaello Infusion

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 150 g of raffaello in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix chop: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
  4. Add 200 g of milk, 200 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 5:00min / 80°C / Speed 2.
  6. Setaside the preparation content let cool.

Ice Cream Finalization

  1. Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
  2. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a container.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Stir every hour to break up ice crystals.

Garnish

  1. Scoop the ice cream into balls and arrange them on top of each other.
  2. Sprinkle 10 pinch(es) of silver sugar pearl on the preparation content.
