Steps

Red Cabbage Base

Cut the Red Cabbage into thin strips.
Add 500 g of red cabbage, 200 g of water, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 7. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula

Egg Garnish

Boil the saucepan filled with water.
Cool the Eggs, peel them and chop them coarsely.
Setaside the plate at a fridge.

Final Touches

Wash the food processor bowl.
Add 100 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Sprinkle 1 g of egg, 1 g of fresh dill on the bowl.
Serve Hot.
