  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 6.

  1. Check the consistency of the jam by placing a small spoonful on a cold plate; it should set quickly. If not, cook for a further 5 minutes at 100°C on speed 2 and check again.
  2. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
  3. Seal the jars immediately and let them cool completely.
