- 1000 g Blackberry
- 500 g Granulated sugar
- 30 g Lemon juice

Blackberry Preparation
- Wash, drain, and add 1000 g of blackberry in the food processor bowl.
Cooking the Jam
- Add 500 g of granulated sugar, 30 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
Jarring
- Check the consistency of the jam by placing a small spoonful on a cold plate; it should set quickly. If not, cook for a further 5 minutes at 100°C on speed 2 and check again.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Seal the jars immediately and let them cool completely.
- Setaside the airtight jar let cool.
