- 150 g Granulated sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 250 g Flour t55
- 100 g Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 10 g Baking powder
- 1 g Lemon zest
- 1 g Vanilla sugar

Apple Compote
- Peel, cut in four, and add 200 g of apple in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 50 g of granulated sugar, 100 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content.
Savarin Batter
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Grease and flour a savarin mold.
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 100 g of granulated sugar, 100 g of milk, 2 eggs, 10 g of baking powder, 1 g of lemon zest, 1 g of vanilla sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the bowl by using the spatula in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 1.
Baking
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min.
- Check if the cake is ready.
- Bake for another 5 minutes if needed.
- Let the cake cool in the mold for 10 minutes.
- Unmould the content of the cake mold on a strainer let cool.
- Dust with icing sugar.
- Serve Immediately.
