Steps

Spinach and Ham Filling

  1. Add 500 g of frozen spinach in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  3. Place the cooking basket.
  4. Drain the content of the food processor bowl.
  5. Squeeze out excess moisture from the spinach.
  6. Transfer the content of the plate in a mixing bowl.
  7. Rinse the food processor bowl.
  8. Cut into small pieces, and add 200 g of ham in the mixing bowl.
  9. Add 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the mixing bowl.
  10. Mix the content of the mixing bowl in the mixing bowl.
  11. Setaside the preparation content.

Assembling the Baskets

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  2. Add 1 puff pastry on a workplan.
  3. Cut Puff Pastry into squares.
