- Peel, sliced in rings, and add 700 g of carrot, 300 g of potato in the food processor bowl.
- Add 300 g of milk, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Place the vapor kit.
- Add 800 g of cod fillet
- Mix manual: 35:00min / 100°C / Speed in inverse.
- Remove the vapor kit.
- Add 30 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 0°C / Speed 4 in inverse.
