Ingredients
- 500 g Milk
- 250 g Whipping cream
- 120 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
- 200 g Dark chocolate
Steps
Base Preparation
- Add 500 g of milk, 250 g of whipping cream, 120 g of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 90°C / Speed 2.
Chocolate Infusion
- Add 150 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
Cooling and Chilling
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
Churning
- Transfer the content of the bowl in an ice tray.
- Churn according to the manufacturer's instructions
Final Touches and Serving
- Transfer the content of the ice tray in a container.
- Add 50 g of dark chocolate on a preparation content.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours to harden before serving
