Ingredients
- 20 g Icing sugar
- 5 g Water
- 200 g Ice cube
- 200 g Strawberry
- 50 g Lime juice
- 100 g White rum
Steps
Strawberry Sugar Rim
- Add 20 g of icing sugar on a plate.
- Add 5 g of water on the plate.
- Dip the rim of each glass into the Icing Sugar to coat evenly.
- Setaside the glass.
Daiquiri Base
- Add 200 g of ice cube in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Add 200 g of strawberry, 50 g of lime juice, 100 g of white rum in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
Final Preparation
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in the glass.
- Serve Immediately.
