- 150 g Button mushroom
- 4 Tablespoon(s) Cornflour (maïzena)

- 20 g Butter
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Clotted cream

- Add 800 g of turkey sautée in the food processor bowl.
- Peel, and add 200 g of baby onion, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Wash, sliced in rings, and add 1 leek, 2 carrots in the food processor bowl.
- Add 800 g of vegetable broth, 3 sheet(s) of bay leaf, 4 cloves, ¼ teaspoon(s) of pepper, ½ teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Wash, cut in four, and add 150 g of button mushroom in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Add 2 tablespoon(s) of cornflour (maïzena), 1 tablespoon(s) of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 90°C / Speed .
