- 4 Cloves of garlic
- 1100 g Water
- 300 g Split pea
- 55 g Olive oil
- 2 Teaspoon(s) Ground cumin
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
- 0.5 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
Steps
- Add 4 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 1100 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Wash, and add 300 g of split pea in the food processor bowl.
- Add 55 g of olive oil, 2 teaspoon(s) of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon(s) of paprika, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt adjust according to the tastes, ½ teaspoon(s) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
