- 250 g Flour t55
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 125 g Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 500 g White cheese
- 125 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Bag(s) Vanilla sugar
- 5 g Lemon zest
Steps
Shortcrust Pastry
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 125 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
- Form a ball and flatten it.
- Transfer the content of the workplan in a cling film.
- Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Roll out the dough.
- Transfer the content of the dough in the form a baking tray.
- Line a tart pan.
- Prick the bottom of the dough with a fork.
White Cheese Filling
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 500 g of white cheese, 125 g of granulated sugar, 1 bag(s) of vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 5 g of lemon zest in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Baking
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl on the baking tray.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min.
- Check if the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
- If needed bake 5 minutes longer.
- Setaside the preparation content on the workplan let cool.
- Serve Cold.
