  • 125 g Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 500 g White cheese
  • 125 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 Bag(s) Vanilla sugar
  • 5 g Lemon zest

Shortcrust Pastry

  1. Add 250 g of flour t55, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 125 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  6. Form a ball and flatten it.
  7. Transfer the content of the workplan in a cling film.
  8. Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.
  9. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  10. Roll out the dough.
  11. Transfer the content of the dough in the form a baking tray.
  12. Line a tart pan.
  13. Prick the bottom of the dough with a fork.

White Cheese Filling

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 500 g of white cheese, 125 g of granulated sugar, 1 bag(s) of vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 5 g of lemon zest in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Baking

  1. Pour the content of the food processor bowl on the baking tray.
  2. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min.
  3. Check if the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
  4. If needed bake 5 minutes longer.
  5. Setaside the preparation content on the workplan let cool.
  6. Serve Cold.
