Ingredients
- 300 g Almond
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon powder
- 300 g Icing sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Lemon
Steps
Almond Flour
- Add 300 g of almond in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
Cookie Dough
- Add 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder, 200 g of icing sugar, 2 eggs, 1 lemon in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a cling film warp in cling wrap.
- Setaside the dough in a fridge during 1h .
Shaping and Baking
- Preheat the oven at 150°C.
- On a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar, roll out the dough to about 5 mm thickness.
- Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the cookies.
- Place the content of the preparation content on a baking tray.
- Cook in the oven at 150°C during 12min.
- Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
Icing
- Add 100 g of icing sugar, 1 egg only white in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- If the mixture is too runny add more icing sugar.
- Once the cookies are completely cool, spread the icing evenly over each cookie.
- Let the icing set completely before serving.
- Serve Immediately.
