  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Lemon

Steps

Almond Flour

  1. Add 300 g of almond in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 10.

Cookie Dough

  1. Add 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder, 200 g of icing sugar, 2 eggs, 1 lemon in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a cling film warp in cling wrap.
  4. Setaside the dough in a fridge during 1h .

Shaping and Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 150°C.
  2. On a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar, roll out the dough to about 5 mm thickness.
  3. Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the cookies.
  4. Place the content of the preparation content on a baking tray.
  5. Cook in the oven at 150°C during 12min.
