Steps

Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Cut in pieces, and add 200 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 9. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
Add 150 g of cassonade brown sugar, 200 g of white cheese in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 2:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
Add 120 g of flour, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
Transfer the content of the preparation content in a cake mold to be buttered before.
Cook in the oven at 200°C during 30min.
Unmold and let cool before enjoying.
