- 150 g Cassonade brown sugar
- 200 g White cheese
- 120 g Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Cut in pieces, and add 200 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 9. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 150 g of cassonade brown sugar, 200 g of white cheese in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Add 120 g of flour, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a cake mold to be buttered before.
- Cook in the oven at 200°C during 30min.
- Unmold and let cool before enjoying.
