- 50 g White chocolate
- 4 Chocolate sticks

Madeleine Batter
- Add 120 g of butter, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 3 eggs, 100 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 50 g of milk chocolate, 50 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl cover with plastic wrap.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 1h .
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Grease and flour a madeleine pan
- Fill each mold about three-quarters full with the batter
- Cook in the oven at 200°C during 12min.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Decoration
- Add 50 g of white chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Let the Madeleines cool slightly, then drizzle with melted White Chocolate
- Distribute 4 chocolate sticks on the preparation content.
- Decorate with Chocolate sticks
- Let the chocolate set completely before serving
- Wash the food processor bowl.
