  1. Add 120 g of butter, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 3 eggs, 100 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Add 50 g of milk chocolate, 50 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  7. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  8. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl cover with plastic wrap.
  9. Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 1h .

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  2. Grease and flour a madeleine pan
  3. Fill each mold about three-quarters full with the batter
  4. Cook in the oven at 200°C during 12min.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Decoration

  1. Add 50 g of white chocolate in the food processor bowl.

  4. Distribute 4 chocolate sticks on the preparation content.
