Steps

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
  2. Grease and flour a cake pan.
  3. Place the whisk.
  4. Add 3 eggs, 120 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 6:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
  6. Remove the whisk.
  7. Add 150 g of flour t55, 5 g of baking powder, 5 g of vanilla extract, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  9. Add 200 g of unsweetened condensed milk in the food processor bowl.
  10. Melt 80g of Butter in the Microwave.
  11. Add 80 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  12. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.

Baking

  1. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
  2. Cook in the oven at 175°C during 25min.
  3. Check for doneness after 25 minutes with a toothpick, and add 5 more minutes if needed.
  4. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  5. Unmould the content of the cake mold let cool.
  6. Cut into irregular rectangular or square slices.
  7. Serve Immediately.
