- 120 g Granulated sugar
- 150 g Flour t55
- 5 g Baking powder
- 5 g Vanilla extract
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 200 g Unsweetened condensed milk
- 80 g Butter

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Grease and flour a cake pan.
- Place the whisk.
- Add 3 eggs, 120 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 6:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Remove the whisk.
- Add 150 g of flour t55, 5 g of baking powder, 5 g of vanilla extract, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 200 g of unsweetened condensed milk in the food processor bowl.
- Melt 80g of Butter in the Microwave.
- Add 80 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Baking
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
- Cook in the oven at 175°C during 25min.
- Check for doneness after 25 minutes with a toothpick, and add 5 more minutes if needed.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Unmould the content of the cake mold let cool.
- Cut into irregular rectangular or square slices.
- Serve Immediately.
