Ingredients
- 500 g Red beet
- 200 g Water
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
- 55 g Sunflower seed
- 1 Corn flake
- 2 Drop(s) Olive oil
Steps
Beetroot Puree
- Peel, cut in four, and add 500 g of red beet in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 200 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Drain the content of the food processor bowl through a strainer.
- Setaside the preparation content in a container.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Transfer the content of the container in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 2 tablespoon(s) of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
- Adjust the consistency using some reserved cooking liquid if needed.
Sunflower Seed Garnish
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
- Place 50 g of sunflower seed on a baking tray.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
- Setaside the preparation content on a plate let cool during 10min.
Assembly
- Transfer the content of the container in a glass.
- Sprinkle 5 g of sunflower seed on the glass.
- Place 1 corn flake in the glass.
- Add 2 drop(s) of olive oil over the glass.
- Serve Immediately.
