  • 200 g Water

  • 1 Pinch(es) Pepper

  • 55 g Sunflower seed
  • 1 Corn flake
  • 2 Drop(s) Olive oil

Steps

Beetroot Puree

  1. Peel, cut in four, and add 500 g of red beet in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  3. Add 200 g of water in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  5. Drain the content of the food processor bowl through a strainer.
  6. Setaside the preparation content in a container.
  7. Wash the food processor bowl.
  8. Transfer the content of the container in the food processor bowl.
  9. Add 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 2 tablespoon(s) of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
  10. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
  11. Adjust the consistency using some reserved cooking liquid if needed.

Sunflower Seed Garnish

  1. Cook in the oven at 180°C.
  2. Place 50 g of sunflower seed on a baking tray.
  3. Cook in the oven at 180°C.
  4. Setaside the preparation content on a plate let cool during 10min.

Assembly

  1. Transfer the content of the container in a glass.
  2. Sprinkle 5 g of sunflower seed on the glass.
  3. Place 1 corn flake in the glass.
  4. Add 2 drop(s) of olive oil over the glass.
  5. Serve Immediately.
