Just be warned: once you start, it's hard to stop! Pair them with your favorite dipping sauce, and you've got yourself a party in every bite.

  • 2 Onions
  • 150 g Flour t55
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
  • 240 g Blond beer
  • 1000 g Sunflower oil
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 30 g Pickle
  • 10 g Fresh dill

Steps

Onion Rings

  1. Add 2 onions on a workplan.
  2. Peel and slice the onions into 1/2 cm thick rings. Separate the rings.
  3. Add 150 g of flour t55 in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 teaspoon(s) of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon(s) of paprika, 1 teaspoon(s) of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt, 1 teaspoon(s) of pepper in the mixing bowl.
  5. Add 240 g of blond beer in the food processor bowl.
  6. Transfer the content of the mixing bowl in the food processor bowl.
  7. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  8. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  9. Wash the food processor bowl.
  10. Add 1000 g of sunflower oil in a frypan.
  11. Cook in the oven at 180°C.
  12. Dip each onion ring into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
  13. Fry the oven at 180°C during 2min and turn as soon as the face is golden.
  14. Transfer the content of the frypan on a plate.

Creamy Dip

  1. Add 100 g of mayonnaise in the bowl.
  2. Chop, and add 30 g of pickle, 10 g of fresh dill in the bowl.
  3. Mix well in the bowl.
  4. Serve Hot.
