  • 300 g Young spinach sprout
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 40 g Raisin
  • 40 g Pine nut
  • 8 Sheet(s) Filo dough sheet

Steps

  1. Cut in four, and add 1 onion in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon(s) of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  5. Add 300 g of young spinach sprout in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 5:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
  7. Allow the spinach to cool and drain in a colander. Press down with a spatula to extract as much water as possible, then return the spinach to the bowl.
  8. Cut into cubes, and add 200 g of feta cheese in the food processor bowl.
  9. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  10. Add 40 g of raisin, 40 g of pine nut in the food processor bowl.
  11. Mix using a spatula.
  12. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  13. Cover a baking sheet with oiled parchment paper.
  14. Add 8 sheet(s) of filo dough sheet on a workplan.
  15. Layer two sheets of filo pastry, place a quarter of the filling on one short side, and fold the long sides over it.
  16. Roll to form a roll and place it on the tray. Proceed in the same manner with the other filo sheets and the remaining filling.
  17. Add 1 egg only the yellow on the workplan.
  18. Brush the cigars with egg yolk and bake them.
  19. Cook in the oven at 200°C during 25min.
  20. Serve lukewarm or cold
