Imagine a delightful spinach tart that brings together the earthy flavors of fresh spinach, the richness of cream cheese, and the nutty goodness of Emmental cheese, all cradled in a crispy cookie crust. This dish is not just a feast for the palate but also a nod to the culinary creativity that arose during the French Revolution when chefs had to make do with what they had. The use of cookies as a base may sound unconventional, but it’s a delicious twist that adds a sweet crunch to the savory filling. Perfect for brunch or a light dinner, this tart is bound to impress your guests and make you the star of the kitchen!
