- Add 20 g of butter, 15 g of flour in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 90°C / Speed 2.
- Add 100 g of blond beer, 1 teaspoon(s) of worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon(s) of mustard, 1 teaspoon(s) of paprika, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 90°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
- Add 200 g of cheddar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 80°C / Speed 3.
- Add 50 g of whipping cream, 1 egg only the yellow in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl let cool.
Assemble & Grill
- Butter the bread slices and toast in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
