Add 500 g of water in the food processor bowl.

Cooking

Add 800 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
Check the consistency; if needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes / 100°C / Speed 2 until the marmalade reaches the desired thickness.

Finishing

Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
Seal the jars immediately.
