- 150 g Flour t55
- 200 g Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 30 g Butter
- 20 g Cassonade brown sugar
- 10 g Baking powder
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 10 g Banana
- 10 g Pitted date

Dough Preparation
- Add 150 g of flour t55, 200 g of milk, 2 eggs, 30 g of butter, 20 g of cassonade brown sugar, 10 g of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Cooking the Pancakes
- Preheat the pan with an oil base.
- For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface.
- Sliced, and sprinkle 10 g of banana on a pan.
- Sprinkle 10 g of pitted date on the pan.
- Cook on the pan over medium heat during 2min to 3min and turn as soon as the face is golden.
Serving
- Serve Hot.
- Garnish with sliced bananas, pitted dates, and maple syrup (optional).
