- 50 g Ginger
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 20 g Olive oil
- 700 g Vegetable broth
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 100 g Whipping cream
- 1 Pinch(es) Fresh parsley

Preparation
- Peel, and add 500 g of carrot, 50 g of ginger in the food processor bowl.
- Add 2 cloves of garlic, 20 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 700 g of vegetable broth, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.

- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 10. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 100 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.

Serving
