  • 4 Eggs
  • 120 g Granulated sugar
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 Bag(s) Baking powder
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 100 g Carrot

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Add 200 g of 70% dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 9. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  4. Add 100 g of sunflower oil in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  6. Add 4 eggs, 120 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  7. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  8. Add 150 g of flour, 1 bag(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  9. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  10. Grate, and add 100 g of carrot in the food processor bowl.
  11. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  12. Transfer the content of the preparation content in a standard mold to be buttered before.
  13. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min to 35min.
  14. Check the doneness by inserting a knife into the center of the cake: it should come out clean.
  15. Allow the cake to cool before removing it from the pan. Sprinkle it with chocolate sprinkles before serving.
