- 125 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 3 Eggs
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Add 200 g of grated coconut, 125 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Brush 1 vanilla bean in the food processor bowl.
- Add 3 eggs only white in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cook in the oven during 10min to 15min.
- Let it cool on a rack.
