Homemade Burger Buns using a Silvercrest Monsieur Cuisine

Ah, the humble hamburger bun! This delightful little round pillow of dough has a history that’s as rich and fluffy as the buns themselves. Originating from the late 19th century, these soft vessels were designed to cradle the juicy, meaty goodness of a hamburger, making them the unsung heroes of backyard barbecues and gourmet restaurants alike. With a touch of fresh baker's yeast and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, they rise to perfection, ready to soak up all those glorious flavors. Ever wondered why they’re so soft? It’s all about the love and the butter, my friends! So, whether you're stacking them high with all the fixings or keeping it classic with just a patty, remember: a great burger deserves a great bun!
