Dough
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 125 g of salted butter in the food processor bowl.

- Add 75 g of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of lemon zest, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 25 g of milk, 50 g of raisin in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
- Gently form the dough into a ball.
Shaping and Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Place the content of the baking paper on a baking tray.
- Divide the dough into five equal portions.
- Gently flatten each portion into a round, slightly flattened shape (about 1 cm thick).
- Place the content of the preparation content on the baking tray.
- Sprinkle 10 g of pearl sugar on some dough.
