  • 50 g Honey
  • 2 g Salt
  • 1 g Pepper
  • 10 g Sesame oil
  • 30 g Salted soy sauce
  • 5 g White sesame seed

Steps

Rice

  1. Add 200 g of basmati rice, 600 g of water in the food processor bowl.
  2. Cook in the oven at 100°C.
  3. Setaside the preparation content at a bowl.
  4. Wash the food processor bowl.

Honey Glazed Chicken

  1. Cut the Chicken Breasts into bite-sized pieces
  2. Add 500 g of chicken breast, 50 g of honey, 2 g of salt, 1 g of pepper, 10 g of sesame oil, 30 g of salted soy sauce in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  4. Cook in the oven at 100°C during 15min.
  5. Check that the chicken is cooked through. If not, cook for another 5 minutes at 100°C / Reverse / Speed 1.

Final Assembly

  1. Serve Hot.
  2. Sprinkle 5 g of white sesame seed on a plate.
  3. Serve Immediately.
