- 500 g Whole wheat flour
- 300 g Water
- 1 Bag(s) Dehydrated baker's yeast
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
- 100 g Black olive
- 100 g Fresh spinach
- 3 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Add 500 g of whole wheat flour, 300 g of water, 1 bag(s) of dehydrated baker's yeast, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 2.
- Cut in pieces, pit, and add 100 g of black olive in the food processor bowl.
- Chop, and add 100 g of fresh spinach in the food processor bowl.
- Add 3 tablespoon(s) of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 5:00min / 0°C / Speed 2.
- Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on a floured work surface.
- Shape a ball and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Setaside the Preparation name in the Preparation name cover with towel during 30min.
- Take out the laundry and put the mold in the oven.
- Cook in the oven during 30min.
- Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool on a rack before slicing it and serving.
