- 100 g Onion
- 60 g Olive oil
- 350 g Potato
- 2 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 20 g Water
- 500 g Salt cod
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 300 g Crushed tomato
- 0.50 Teaspoon(s) Dried oregano
Steps
- Cut in four, and add 100 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 30 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Sliced, and add 350 g of potato in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Add 20 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Cut in pieces, and add 500 g of salt cod
- In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking dish. Transfer the potato and cod mixture into the prepared baking dish and set aside.
- Add 1 clove of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 30 g of olive oil in the vapor tray.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 120°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Add 300 g of crushed tomato, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, ½ teaspoon(s) of dried oregano in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Pour the prepared tomato sauce over the dish of potatoes, cod, and additional oregano.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200°C. Allow to cool completely before transferring to a freezer-safe container and store in the freezer.
- Thaw before serving and heat in the oven or microwave. Serve hot.
