Caramel Filling

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 100 g of granulated sugar, 40 g of liquid honey in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 15:00min / 120°C / Speed 2.
  4. Place the whisk.
  5. Add 50 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  7. Remove the whisk.
  8. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  9. Setaside the preparation content let cool.

Cooking and Assembly

  1. Preheat the waffle maker.
  2. Pour a small amount of waffle batter onto the hot waffle iron.
  3. Cook in the waffle maker.
  4. Cook until golden brown.
  5. Spread a layer of caramel on a waffle.
  6. Top with another waffle. Repeat to form a stack of eight waffles.
