Ingredients
- 1 Red onion
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 15 g Olive oil
- 6 Tomatoes
- 50 g Soft bread
- 250 g Roasted chicken fillet
- 250 g Smoked sausage
- 1 Egg
- 15 g Fresh parsley
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 2 Pinch(es) Pepper
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cut in four, and add 1 red onion in the food processor bowl.
- Add 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 15 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed .
- Add 6 tomatoes in a workplan.
- Cut off the top third (the 'hat') of the tomatoes, then hollow out the insides using a melon baller or a teaspoon.
- Remove the flesh, discard the seeds and the vegetable water. Salt the insides of the tomatoes, then turn them upside down on a rack.
- Cut in pieces, and add 50 g of soft bread in the food processor bowl.
- Add the reserved tomato pulp to the bowl of the food processor.
- Add 250 g of roasted chicken fillet in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 250 g of smoked sausage in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
- Chop, and add 15 g of fresh parsley leaves only in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 2 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 6sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Put the tomatoes in the dish. Generously fill them with stuffing to create a dome shape, then put the tops back on.
- Cook in the oven with rotating heat at 180°C during 1h .
- Serve it hot, accompanied by rice or fresh pasta.
