Ingredients

  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 15 g Olive oil
  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 50 g Soft bread
  • 250 g Roasted chicken fillet
  • 250 g Smoked sausage
  • 1 Egg
  • 15 g Fresh parsley
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 2 Pinch(es) Pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Cut in four, and add 1 red onion in the food processor bowl.
  3. Add 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  5. Add 15 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed .
  7. Add 6 tomatoes in a workplan.
  8. Cut off the top third (the 'hat') of the tomatoes, then hollow out the insides using a melon baller or a teaspoon.
  9. Remove the flesh, discard the seeds and the vegetable water. Salt the insides of the tomatoes, then turn them upside down on a rack.
  10. Cut in pieces, and add 50 g of soft bread in the food processor bowl.
  11. Add the reserved tomato pulp to the bowl of the food processor.
  12. Add 250 g of roasted chicken fillet in the food processor bowl.
  13. Cut in pieces, and add 250 g of smoked sausage in the food processor bowl.
  14. Add 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
  15. Chop, and add 15 g of fresh parsley leaves only in the food processor bowl.
  16. Add 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 2 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
  17. Mix manual: 6sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  18. Put the tomatoes in the dish. Generously fill them with stuffing to create a dome shape, then put the tops back on.
  19. Cook in the oven with rotating heat at 180°C during 1h .
  20. Serve it hot, accompanied by rice or fresh pasta.
