  • 150 g Bacon pieces
  • 200 g Onion
  • 200 g Whole liquid fresh cream

  • 50 g Grated gruyère

  3. Add 1 egg, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.

  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  6. Form a ball with the dough.
  7. Wrap it in cling film.
  8. Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.
  9. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  10. Roll out the dough.
  11. Line a tart pan.
  12. Prick the bottom with a fork.
  13. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 15min.

Filling preparation

  1. Add 150 g of bacon pieces in the food processor bowl.
  2. Cut in two, and add 200 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  4. Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  6. Wash the food processor bowl.
  7. Add 3 eggs, 200 g of whole liquid fresh cream, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
