- 50 g Olive oil
- 6 Cloves of garlic
- 1 g Orange zest
- 1 g Orange juice
- 10 g Honey

Chicken
- Add 1500 g of chicken in a bowl.
- Add 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper, 5 g of herb of provence in the bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content at a fridge.
Orange Sauce
- Add 50 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Peel, and add 6 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 1 g of orange zest, 1 g of orange juice, 10 g of honey in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
Final Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Place the chicken preparation in a baking dish and pour the Orange Sauce over the Chicken.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
- Serve Hot.
