- 50 g Breadcrumb
Steps
- Add 1000 g of water, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Place the vapor kit.
- Cut in pieces, and add 200 g of potato

- Add 400 g of salmon fillet
- Mix steam: 15:00min / 120°C / Speed .

- Empty the bowl of water, then add the potatoes and the salmon.

- Cut in pieces, and add 2 leeks in the food processor bowl.
- Add 2 lime zest, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of espelette pepper in the food processor bowl.
