  8. Empty the bowl of water, then add the potatoes and the salmon.
  9. Add 2 eggs, 30 sheet(s) of fresh coriander adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
  10. Cut in pieces, and add 2 leeks in the food processor bowl.
  11. Add 2 lime zest, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of espelette pepper in the food processor bowl.
  12. Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
  13. Transfer the content of the preparation content in a container cover with plastic wrap.
