  • 500 g Granulated sugar
  • 30 g Lemon juice

Steps

Prepare the Strawberries

  1. Wash, and add 1000 g of strawberry in a bowl.
  2. Remove the stems from some strawberries and leave stems on others. Cut a portion of the strawberries in half and leave the remaining strawberries whole.

Combine and Cook

  1. Add 500 g of granulated sugar, 30 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  3. Remove the blender lid.
  4. Mix manual: 10:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  5. Check the consistency. If needed, cook for an additional 5 min/ Varoma/ Speed 1.

Finishing

  1. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
  2. Seal the jars immediately and let cool completely.
