  • 20 g Olive oil
  • 2 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 2 Pinch(es) Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
  • 150 g Goat cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Whipping cream
  • 30 g Breadcrumb

Steps

Zucchini and Goat Cheese

  1. Wash, and add 500 g of zucchini on a cutting board.
  2. Slice the zucchini thinly.
  3. Add 20 g of olive oil in a bowl.
  4. Add 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 1 teaspoon(s) of garlic powder in the bowl.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add 150 g of goat cheese on the cutting board.
  7. Crumble the goat cheese into small pieces.
  8. Setaside the preparation content at a fridge.

Creamy Egg Mixture

  1. Add 2 eggs, 100 g of whipping cream, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Assembling and Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Transfer half the content of the bowl in a baking dish.
  4. Transfer half the content of the fridge on the baking dish.
  5. Pour half the content of the food processor bowl over the baking dish.
  6. Transfer the content of the bowl in the baking dish.
  7. Transfer the content of the fridge on the baking dish.
  8. Pour the content of the food processor bowl over the baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle 30 g of breadcrumb on the baking dish.
  10. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 25min.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  12. Let it cool slightly before serving.
