  9. Setaside the preparation content in the bowl.

Crumble Base

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 3 eggs, 50 g of flour t55, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  4. Add 10 g of fresh basil in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  6. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.

Crumble Topping

  1. Add 50 g of butter, 50 g of parmesan cheese in the bowl.
  2. Combine the Parmesan Cheese and Butter, mixing with your fingertips until it forms a crumble-like texture.

Assembly

  1. In individual ramekins, layer Zucchini slices evenly at the bottom.
