- 500 g Zucchini
- 20 g Fresh basil
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 3 Eggs
- 50 g Flour t55
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper

Steps
Zucchini and Basil
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Sliced, and add 500 g of zucchini on a cutting board.
- Chop, and add 10 g of fresh basil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Setaside the preparation content in a bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Grate, and add 50 g of parmesan cheese in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
- Setaside the preparation content in the bowl.
Crumble Base
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 3 eggs, 50 g of flour t55, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 10 g of fresh basil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
Crumble Topping
- Add 50 g of butter, 50 g of parmesan cheese in the bowl.
- Combine the Parmesan Cheese and Butter, mixing with your fingertips until it forms a crumble-like texture.
Assembly
- In individual ramekins, layer Zucchini slices evenly at the bottom.
- Pour the content of the bowl over the ramekin.
- Pour the egg mixture over the Zucchini slices in each ramekin.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the egg and Zucchini layer in each ramekin.
- Transfer the rest of the content of the preparation content on the ramekin.
- Sprinkle the remaining chopped Fresh Basil on top of the crumble.
Baking
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
