  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
  • 2 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 2 Pinch(es) Pepper
  • 800 g Water
  • 200 g Whipping cream

Cauliflower

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  2. Cut into small pieces, and add 500 g of cauliflower in a bowl.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon(s) of olive oil, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the bowl.
  4. Toss to coat the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the content of the bowl on a baking tray.
  6. Cook on the oven at 200°C during 20min.
  7. Check that the cauliflower is golden brown. If not, add 5 more minutes.

Soup

  1. Cut into small pieces, and add 500 g of cauliflower in the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 800 g of water, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  4. Add 200 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
  6. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
  7. Serve Hot.
  8. Top with roasted cauliflower florets and a drizzle of olive oil.
  9. Sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.
