Serrano Ham Croquettes using a Thermomix

Serrano ham croquettes are the delightful love child of Spanish culinary tradition and modern comfort food. These crispy, golden bites are stuffed with the rich, savory flavor of Serrano ham, which has been carefully crafted in the dry, sunny regions of Spain for centuries. Legend has it that the art of making croquettes dates back to the 18th century, when they were first created to use up leftover meat, but we like to think of them as a delicious excuse to indulge in ham's salty goodness. With each crispy exterior giving way to a creamy, ham-filled center, they're the perfect treat for parties, tapas nights, or simply a cozy evening at home. So grab a cold drink and a few friends, because these croquettes are sure to disappear faster than you can say '¡Olé!'
