Golden Chicken Fritters using a Thermomix

Chicken Accras are a delightful fusion of flavor and texture, originating from the vibrant Caribbean culinary scene where creativity reigns supreme. These golden-brown fritters are made with tender chicken cutlets, fresh herbs like parsley and coriander, and a zesty kick from lime juice and espelette pepper. Imagine biting into these crispy morsels, which are not only delicious but also a testament to the fact that you can fry just about anything and make it irresistible! Fun fact: accras were traditionally made with saltfish, but chicken brings a modern twist that even the most devoted seafood lovers will appreciate. Serve them warm with a sprinkle of sea salt, and watch as they disappear faster than you can say 'Bon appétit!'
