- 500 g Chicken breast
- 100 g Onion
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Flour
- 5 g Baking powder
- 5 g Curry
- 10 g Fresh parsley
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Steps
Chicken mixture
- Add 500 g of chicken breast, 100 g of onion, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 1 egg, 50 g of flour, 5 g of baking powder, 5 g of curry, 10 g of fresh parsley, 2 g of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 g of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
Fritters
- Form small, oval-shaped fritters from the Chicken mixture.
- Coat each fritter with Breadcrumbs.
Frying
- Cook in the oven with an oil base.
- Fry the fritters until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the content of the frypan on a baking tray.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
