- 2000 g Water
- 2 Pinch(es) Salt
- 320 g Pasta
- 250 g Broccoli
- 4 Anchovy fillets
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 30 g Olive oil
- 500 g Milk
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 40 g Semi-whole wheat flour
- 250 g Canned tuna
Steps
- Add 2000 g of water in a saucepan.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of salt, 320 g of pasta in the saucepan.
- Cut into small pieces, and add 250 g of broccoli in the saucepan.
- Cook for 2 minutes less than the time indicated on the package.
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Drain, and add 4 anchovy fillets in the food processor bowl.
- Add 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 7. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 30 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 120°C / Speed .
- Add 500 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of salt in the saucepan.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 40 g of semi-whole wheat flour in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 7:00min / 90°C / Speed 4.
- In the meantime, drain the pasta and broccoli using the Varoma, then transfer them to a baking dish.
- Drain, and add 250 g of canned tuna in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 1.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and broccoli. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, then bake.
- Cook in the oven at 200°C during 12min to 14min.
